Martin Scorsese is the same age as my mom, and his mom reminded me so much of my maternal grandmother, who was also named Catherine! The whole thing gave me such a warm fuzzy feeling and also made me laugh a lot. Gotta make Grandma’s sauce one of these days...
My Italian grandparents landed in Boston, too!!! Although he is from Chicago, the comedian Sebastian Maniscalco, is sooo funny and would fit right in at my Grandma's house!!!
