D'oh! The Daily Challenge! Actually, I am doing a kind of daily challenge in November: logo design. I want to create a new logo for my newsletter and I am trying to come up with one new design every day. I'm using pen and paper and saving the results every day. Maybe I'll do a poll at the end and see if people have any opinions on the results... sorry, blathering a bit here.

Daily Challenges are fun and I got the idea from you!

a 100 Day Art Project using watercolours and the book One Color A Day by Courtney Cerruti. I’ve added a written component to the project which is a real challenge for me. Trying to work ahead a bit and surrender to the process. I’m posting on IG (I’m @algeabloom ) and Tumblr (pamelab)

Such a good digital smorgasbord of goodies to choose from. Can't wait to dive in, I do love me a good list. "See" you next week! Happy to contribute so others can experience this.

Thanks so much for this. I have been following your free newsletters for some time. I don't get to read them every week, but every now and then I do a cacth up of past editions. And what I read here was so exceptionally good that it made me try out the monthly subscription. Thank you for the regular dose of inspiration!

So many great links here that I have gone “Austin Kleon Crazy” this morning--upgraded to paid, purchased all three books, and ordered a brush pen to try. Lately I’m discovering my writing takes shape more easily when I doodle while outlining. I used to mind map a good bit years ago but stopped for some reason. Time to resurrect that habit!

And Meg, from the bottom of my heart, thanks for your pizza recipe and tips. Pizza is everything.

Thank you so very much for making these posts freely available. As others have said, I never delete your e-mails in hopes of reading them all and trying all the things -- one of which is playing more with brush pens.

Thank you again!
