i've written - all the technique in the world doesn't compensate for the inability to notice - on a card pinned to my cubicle wall - now to explore his photos (which i had no idea about) - another friday at the office saved again, thank you
It was fun to read all of your gift recommendations, and other lists that you found helpful. On the music list is a CD by Pharoah Sanders. He is so expressive and smooth, a real master of the saxophone. I think that will be on my wish list! I am an old woman, but a long time ago a boyfriend of mine got me a CD of Pharoah Sanders, around the time CD's first came out. We danced to the beautiful and magical music and later made our own music as the CD played on. Beautiful memories, and possibly (probably) the love of my life! So reading that really brought back those days of wine and roses. We got in touch on facebook a few months ago, after about 20 years, and "caught up", but I think it might be time to get in touch again, and remind him of those days! Thanks for bringing that sweetness back. I am not sure if it's OK to attach some music, but here is a favorite. https://youtu.be/atT9rX5KRn0
I saw a meme yesterday of a bunch of young girls in their underwear at a house party which has the text Pitchfork’s Best Albums of 2023 labeled over the top of their dance circle while an old man is sitting in the corner with an unhappy look on his face, which was labeled Yo La Tengo. lol
Thanks for sharing the movies. My personal favorite that I just saw last week was The Holdovers. Paul Giamatti was perfect for his character.
The Cat Book!!! Brilliant!
Never thought a quote about poop could be so uplifting, but that is one I am definitely going to write down and save.
Hope you enjoy the Christmas movies! My favorite is It's a Wonderful Life, unless you count Die Hard, which some do, some don't.
Austin, check out Santa Clause-The Movie with Dudley Moore

It’s such a stressful time of year!!! Hope you enjoy the old Christmas films!
